The average employee requirements for most security company's are:

High school diploma or GED equivalent. No criminal record. Phone & Reliable transportation. That's it.  Most receive no formal security training.

At JFA Security we strive for a degree of excellence above the standard.  Some of our extra qualifications are as follows:-

• 70% of JFA employees are college graduates.
• 30% are either currently attending college or have
   some college experience.
• Many of our staff have worked for Child and Family Services.
• We have ex-military on staff.
• All are   (Training for Intervention ProcedureS) Certified.
• is an alcohol server training program which teaches  procedures in Id Checking, deescalation techniques and how to deal with intoxicated individuals.
• We provide on-going, on the job, JFA Security Training through Training  videos, manuals, and class instruction.
• Our Guards posses good oral and written communication skills, a   must when dealing with people in this industry.
